Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@manicomioitalia.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the package back to our address: Via di Voltaia in Corso 40, Montepulciano 53045 (SI). Items that are returned to us without having first requested a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Problems: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and solve it well. Please note that some skin imperfections, such as scratches etc. are characteristic of vegetable tanned leather and craft products.
Exceptions/non-returnable items: Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or custom items). Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges: The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once you accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds : We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
